What VisibleHours can do
VisibleHours sits in the Windows tray on company PCs. Pause and Quit are one click. The installer is unsigned VisibleHours-Setup.exe — SmartScreen will warn. It records apps and idle. Interval stills and recording sessions stay off by default — not an always-on DVR. Mobile is a /checkin punch plus optional GPS. SSO is SAML 2.0 for existing managers — not OIDC or just-in-time provisioning. Zapier is a Catch Hook you paste; Slack, Jira, and Asana use OAuth. Scores are productive ÷ classified. Insights is a Monday–Sunday rollup, not AI. Calendar is shifts and PTO. Timesheets are Operations Monday–Sunday approve plus CSV. Exports are three CSVs on /reports. $7 per seat / month. This page does not start checkout. This hub lists the twelve public feature pages that exist today. Ask or Search “features”, “what can VisibleHours do”, “what can it do”, “open features”, or “feature list” stays here. Ask “home”, “what is VisibleHours”, or “product overview” opens the public home page — not this hub. After sign-in, Ask “features” still opens this hub; action phrases such as “open projects” open the live screen; “how to…” and “tutorial” open Help.
