This is the employee invite-code page. Paste the code Operations copied into unsigned VisibleHours-Setup.exe on a company Windows PC — or follow the on-page steps below. SmartScreen will warn — More info → Run anyway. Pause and Quit stay one click on the visible tray. Send the employee notice first. This is not manager /login and not /signup create-org. Settings · Devices does not mint a pairing code. This is not a Microsoft Store, App Store, or Play Store app. VisibleHours does not send email from here.

- After you sign in, Ask “invite tutorial”, “how to invite”, “how to join”, or “join code tutorial” opens the invite tutorial. Ask “invite teammate”, “invite code”, “create invite”, or “open invites” opens Team.
- Ask “please invite my team for me” or “send invite emails” is refused.
No invite code on this link
Ask Operations for the /join link or the code from Team. Managers copy it after they sign in — VisibleHours will not email it for them. The code does not expire until they regenerate it. Search “invite link” or “join with code” stays here so you can read expiry and the install steps, then paste the code they give you into unsigned VisibleHours-Setup.exe.
Join with the code
- Read the employee notice first.
- Download unsigned VisibleHours-Setup.exe. SmartScreen will warn — More info → Run anyway.
- Paste the invite code when unsigned VisibleHours-Setup.exe asks. Leave the icon visible. Pause and Quit stay one tray click. Last-seen later appears on Team — Settings · Devices does not mint a pairing code.
- Optional phone punch uses the same code at /checkin.
What expiry means
A code does not expire on a timer. Codes stay valid until Operations regenerates them or the person is inactive. Regenerating replaces the old code immediately — this /join link then stops working. Already-installed trays keep their API key. That paste is device pairing; Settings · Devices does not mint a pairing code and does not pair a PC.
Ask, Search, and this page
- Ask or Search “invite link”, “join with code”, “join with an invite”, or “open join” stays on /join.
- Search “invite tutorial”, “how to invite”, “how to join”, or “join code tutorial” stays here. After sign-in, Ask those phrases opens /help/invite.
- After sign-in, Ask “invite teammate”, “invite code”, “create invite”, or “open invites” opens Team — that is the live manager action that copies a new code.
- Public Search “invite teammate” still points at /download for the installer steps. It will not open signed-in Help.
What this is not
- Not an invite mailbox. VisibleHours will not email the invite, the notice, or a reminder. Ask “please invite my team for me” or “send invite emails” is refused. Managers copy a draft on Team and send it from their own mail.
- Not a Microsoft Store, App Store, or Play Store app. Company Windows PCs are the agent surface. There is no Mac, Linux, iOS, or Android agent.
- Not manager /login and not /signup create-org. Managers use email and password or SAML 2.0 on Sign in. A first organization is Sign up. This page is /join plus unsigned Setup.exe.
- Not a pairing-code generator. Settings · Devices does not mint a pairing code. The code is created on Team and pasted into Setup.
- Not a live map. /join does not log GPS. Optional punch stays on /checkin.
- Not outreach. This page will not email employees or invite a team for you.
- Not analytics tags. This site does not add Google Analytics or a tag manager.
- Not a competitor comparison. This page only names VisibleHours.
