Your VisibleHours invite
This page shows the invite Operations copied for you. VisibleHours does not send email from here. Paste the code into the unsigned Windows tray, or use it at /checkin. The code does not expire until Operations regenerates it.
No invite code on this link
Ask Operations for the /join link or the code from Team. Managers copy it after they sign in — VisibleHours will not email it for them.
- Read the employee notice first.
- Download unsigned VisibleHours-Setup.exe. SmartScreen will warn — More info → Run anyway.
- Paste the invite code when the tray asks. Leave the icon visible.
- Optional phone punch uses the same code at /checkin.
