Manager CSVs: activity, productivity, allocations
Download activity, productivity, and allocated-hours CSVs for a date range. Approved payroll weeks stay on Timesheets.
Operations can download three CSVs for a date range: the activity timeline, productivity totals from your URL and app rules, and hours already allocated to a client code. Each file stays inside one organization. The tray does not change when you press download.
The public page is /features/exports. The click-through is the exports tutorial. Ask VisibleHours “export activity csv” opens Exports. Approved payroll weeks are a different file — those stay on Timesheets.
Three manager files, one payroll file
- Sign in and open Exports. Set From and To.
- Activity timeline — each window the tray recorded.
- Productivity totals — minutes stamped by your rules.
- Allocated hours — client codes you already assigned.
- For an approved Monday–Sunday payroll CSV, export from Timesheets instead.
There is no cross-org archive. Another organization cannot see your rows. If you need a week that payroll already approved, do not re-download it from Exports and call it payroll — use the timesheet export. The timesheets guide covers that path.
What this is not
- Not a replacement for the tray. Employees still see pause and quit.
- Not a live model. The files are rows you already stored.
- Not outreach. VisibleHours does not email a CSV to the team.
- Not weekly coaching copy. That reading lives on Insights.
