Weekly insights and coaching notes
After rules label the minutes, VisibleHours writes a Monday–Sunday summary for the organization: productive vs unproductive, a seven-day trend, and one coaching note per person. The text is a VisibleHours reading of your activity and allocations — not a live language model. Public Search on this site stays here. It will not write a performance review or open the signed-in Insights screen. After you sign in, Ask “weekly summary” or “team coaching notes” opens Insights. The tray stays visible.

- Open Insights for the week — operations sees a headline and a trend chart.
- Read the team coaching notes, then open a person’s timeline.
- Download CSVs from Exports when you need the rows.
What this is not
- Not a live language model. The disclaimer on Insights says so.
- Not a performance review. VisibleHours will not invent one from a coaching note.
- Not outreach. VisibleHours does not email employees from this screen.
- Not a hidden rating. Employees still see pause and quit on the tray.
- Not a replacement for daily Scores or the shift calendar.
