Search VisibleHours
Public site search is navigation — answers and deep links to pages that already exist. It is not the signed-in Ask VisibleHours chatbot. Ask or Search “site search”, “website search”, or “open search” stays here. After you log in, Ask VisibleHours in the corner is a separate chatbot that only jumps to real screens. Public “help” / “open help” also stays here — signed-in Help at /help stays behind login. This search will not draft emails, send outreach, start a recording, wipe data, hide the tray, compare other products (vs / versus), or jump into signed-in workflows.

Ask, Search, and this page
- Ask or Search “site search”, “website search”, or “open search” opens this page. Header Search is the same widget. Footer Search comes here. This is public navigation — not Ask VisibleHours.
- “how much does it cost”, “seven dollars per seat”, and “pricing” stay here with a link to Pricing. Seats are $7 / person / month and are shown in Settings. This site does not start checkout.
- “features”, “what can VisibleHours do”, “open features”, or “feature list” opens the Features hub. “blog”, “guides”, “open guides”, “visiblehours blog”, or “open the blog” opens Guides.
- Public “help”, “open help”, or “i need help” stays here. After sign-in, Ask those phrases opens signed-in Help. This search will not open
/help. - “page not found”, “this page is not here”, or “something went wrong” stays on Home with links to Features, Guides, Search, Pricing, Download, Sign in, and Privacy. After sign-in, Ask those phrases opens Help.
- “sign in”, “open login”, “manager sign in”, “can’t sign in”, “login failed”, “login tutorial”, and “password or SAML” stay on Sign in. “sign up” and “create an org” stay on Sign up. After sign-in, Ask “login tutorial” or “password or SAML” opens signed-in Help. Employees use /join and Setup.exe — not manager sign-in.
- “home”, “what is VisibleHours”, and “product overview” stay on the public home page.
- “sitemap”, “sitemap.xml”, “robots”, or “robots.txt” stays on Home. There is no HTML sitemap page. Crawlers read /sitemap.xml, /robots.txt, and /llms.txt. Those list Features, Guides, Pricing, Download, Search, Join, Check-in, Privacy, Terms, Notice, public Help tutorials, and the public /features and /blog pages. /robots.txt allows /help and /llms.txt and keeps signed-in screens out. This site does not add Google Analytics or a tag manager.
- “privacy” or “privacy notice” stays on /privacy. “terms”, “terms of use”, “terms of service”, or “open terms” stays on /terms. Both pages are drafts. “legal advice” and “are you GDPR certified” are refused — VisibleHours does not invent a badge. There is no /security or /trust page.
- “invite link”, “join with code”, or “open join” opens /join. “invite tutorial”, “how to invite”, “how to join”, and “join code tutorial” stay there too. After sign-in, Ask those how-tos open Help; “invite teammate”, “create invite”, or “open invites” opens Team. “please invite my team for me” and “send invite emails” are refused — VisibleHours will not email invites.
- “open check-in” or “employee check-in” opens /checkin. “mobile tutorial” and “how to punch in” stay on /features/mobile. After sign-in, Ask those tutorial phrases opens Help; “gps settings” opens Mobile / GPS. “please track my phone” and “turn on live tracking” are refused — this is a punch, not live GPS.
What this is not
- Not the signed-in Ask VisibleHours chatbot. Search opens public pages. Ask jumps to screens after login.
- Not outreach. “draft an email”, “write outreach”, or “tell the team we installed tracking” is refused. Copy the employee notice yourself.
- Not a one-click wipe. “delete all employee data” or “wipe everything now” is refused. Retention deletes older screenshot files in one organization when a manager saves Settings.
- Not hidden tracking. “hidden tracking” or “spy without notice” is refused. Company PCs show a tray icon. Send the notice before Setup.exe.
- Not a competitor comparison. “compare to another tracker”, “vs”, or “versus” is refused. This site only names VisibleHours.
- Not legal advice and not a certification. “legal advice”, “are you GDPR certified”, or “are you SOC 2 certified” is refused. The drafts on Privacy and Terms are not badges. There is no /security or /trust page.
- There is no Mac, Linux, iOS, or Android agent, and no Microsoft Store listing. Not an always-on DVR. Interval stills and recording sessions stay off by default.
- Not OIDC, not a published Zapier marketplace app, and not live Stripe checkout. SSO is SAML 2.0 for existing managers. Zapier is a Catch Hook you paste. $7 / seat is shown.
- Not live GPS, keystroke logging, or a done-for-you workflow.
- Not done-for-you account creation, password-reset mail, or invite mail. “please create an account for me”, “send a password reset”, and “send invite emails” are refused. There is no reset-mail path and no invite mailbox.
- Not signed-in Help or Ask VisibleHours. Those stay behind login.
- Not analytics tags. This site does not add Google Analytics or a tag manager.
