visiblehours.com · Create an organization · $7 / seat · no live checkout
Create your organization
This form creates an isolated VisibleHours organization, starts it in trial, and makes you the admin. People you invite later belong only to this org. $7 per seat / month is shown. This page does not start checkout and will not charge a card. Public Pricing’s “Create your organization” button is this same form — not a Stripe session. This is not employee /join and not manager /login. Send the employee notice from your own mail after you have an invite to copy.
- Ask or Search “sign up”, “create an org”, “create your organization”, or “start trial” stays here. Search “signup tutorial” or “how to create an organization” also stays on this public page.
- After you sign in, Ask “signup tutorial”, “how to create an organization”, or “how to sign up” opens the signed-in create-org tutorial. Public Search those how-tos will not open signed-in Help.
- Ask “please create an account for me” or “please charge my card” is refused. Fill this form yourself. VisibleHours will not create an organization for you.
What happens next
- After create, you land on Team — today’s people, then the roster. Copy an invite code or /join link there.
- Send the employee notice from your own mail, then have people run unsigned VisibleHours-Setup.exe.
- The new org starts in trial — off-billing, not a hidden invoice. Seats are $7 per person per month and are shown in Settings. This page does not start checkout. There is no live card charge until Stripe is enabled.
Ask, Search, and this page
- Ask or Search “sign up”, “create an org”, “create your organization”, or “start trial” stays on /signup.
- Search “signup tutorial” or “how to create an organization” stays here. After sign-in, Ask those phrases opens /help/signup.
- Ask “pricing”, “how much does it cost”, or “seven dollars per seat” opens /pricing. That page’s CTA is “Create your organization” — this same form. It will not charge a card.
- Ask “sign in”, “open login”, or “manager sign in” opens /login. Ask “login tutorial” opens the sign-in tutorial after you are in.
- Ask “invite link” or “join with code” opens /join. Employees paste an invite into unsigned Setup.exe — not this form.
What this is not
- Not done-for-you account creation. VisibleHours will not create an organization for you. Ask “please create an account for me” or “please create an org for me” is refused. Fill this form yourself.
- Not a live card charge. $7 per seat is shown. This page does not start checkout. Public Pricing has no checkout button. Ask “please charge my card” or “please subscribe for me” is refused.
- Not employee /join. Employees paste an invite into unsigned Setup.exe. This form is for the first manager of a new org.
- Not manager /login. Existing managers use email and password or SAML 2.0 on Sign in. A first organization is this page.
- Not a welcome mailbox and not a password-reset mailbox. VisibleHours will not email a welcome note or a reset link. Ask “send a password reset” is refused.
- Not outreach. This page will not email a manager or create an account for you.
- Not analytics tags. This site does not add Google Analytics or a tag manager.
- Not a competitor comparison. This page only names VisibleHours.
