Signup makes your organization. You are the admin. Other orgs cannot see your people.
Each employee gets an invite code. They install the Windows tray agent and paste it.

Managers get a day they can explain. Employees get a tray icon that never disappears while tracking is on.
The icon stays in the system tray. Pause, resume, and quit are always one click away. If the icon is gone, VisibleHours is not recording.
Active window plus idle after a few minutes without keyboard or mouse. Browser domains when Windows exposes them.

A timesheet is a Monday–Sunday snapshot of hours you already allocated to a client code. Approve it, then download a CSV. The tray on the company PC does not change.

Connect Slack, Jira, or Asana with a real OAuth start and callback. Tokens are encrypted. POST signed JSON when activity is recorded or a timesheet is submitted, approved, or rejected. Create a Catch Hook — paste an HTTPS URL or inspect the payload in a catch inbox — then copy the signing secret and send a test ping. Each organization only sends its own events.

Copy ACS and Entity ID, paste identity-provider metadata, certificate, and issuer, then enable the connection. ACS validates a signed assertion and opens a manager session.
