Manager report exports

Three CSVs on /reports. Signed-in Operations can download three organization CSVs for a from / to date range: the activity timeline (one row per window — person, app, domain, idle, and the productivity label from your rules), productivity totals (one row per person — productive, unproductive, unclassified, and idle seconds), and hours already allocated to a client code. Idle and apps live on the activity file, not a fourth CSV. Approved payroll weeks stay on Timesheets. Files only include this organization. Work dates are calendar dates — there is no timezone picker. After sign-in, Ask “org timezone” opens Settings.

This is not a BI warehouse, not SFTP delivery, and not an ADP-certified export. Employees do not download these files. The tray stays visible. Seats stay $7 / seat — this page does not start checkout.

Public Search “exports”, “open exports”, “download csv”, “export activity”, “how to export”, “exports tutorial”, or “csv tutorial” stays here. It will not download a CSV. After you sign in, Ask “exports”, “open exports”, or “download csv” opens Exports; “export activity” opens /reports#activity; “export productivity” opens /reports#productivity; “export allocations” opens /reports#allocations; “export date range” opens /reports#date-range; “how to export”, “exports tutorial”, or “csv tutorial” opens Help. Ask “warehouse sync”, “QuickBooks sync”, “ADP export certified”, or “payroll warehouse” is refused. Ask “competitor BI clone” is refused.

  1. Sign in and open Exports.
  2. Pick a from / to date. Those are calendar work dates (YYYY-MM-DD).
  3. Download activity, productivity, or allocated hours.
  4. For approved payroll rows, export from Timesheets instead — that file is a Monday–Sunday snapshot of allocations you already stamped, not these date-range activity rows.

What this is not

  • Not a cross-org dump. Another organization cannot see your rows.
  • Not a replacement for the tray. Employees still see pause and quit.
  • Not the payroll CSV. Approved weeks stay on Timesheets.
  • Not a payroll warehouse and not auto-pay. Ask “payroll warehouse” is refused.
  • Not a BI warehouse or a scheduled data drop. Ask “warehouse sync” is refused.
  • Not SFTP delivery. You download the file in the browser after sign-in.
  • Not QuickBooks sync, not GL sync, and not PDF paystubs. Ask “QuickBooks sync” is refused.
  • Not ADP export certified. Ask “ADP export certified” is refused. Payroll CSV is still a file you upload in the tool you already use.
  • Not a competitor-style BI clone. Ask “competitor BI clone” is refused. Weekly reading stays on Insights.
  • Public search will not download a CSV. Sign in and open Exports.
