visiblehours.com · Employee check-in
Punch in or out
This is a browser punch on a phone — not an App Store, Play Store, or Microsoft Store app. Optional GPS is on that punch only. It is not live tracking and not a continuous map. This page does not replace the Windows tray agent on company PCs. Paste the invite code Operations gave you. Share location only if you want — or if your org requires it. A geofence marks inside or outside. It does not follow this phone after you leave.
- Ask or Search “open check-in” or “employee check-in” stays here. Search “how to use mobile”, “mobile tutorial”, or “gps tutorial” stays on the public mobile page.
- After you sign in, Ask “how to use mobile”, “mobile tutorial”, or “gps tutorial” opens the mobile tutorial. Ask “mobile”, “gps”, “location tracking”, or “open mobile” opens Mobile / GPS.
- Ask “please track my phone”, “secret GPS”, “track personal phones without notice”, “always-on phone spyware”, or a fake App Store / Play Store listing is refused.
How a punch works
- Paste the same invite you would paste into the unsigned Windows tray. Company PCs still use that tray — this page is not a replacement.
- Continue. If Operations has not turned mobile check-in on, this page refuses the punch. They open Mobile / GPS (Ask “gps settings”) and save it on.
- Share location only when you choose — or when the org requires GPS on that punch. The browser asks once. VisibleHours stores the point only if you punch.
- Punch in or out. A geofence marks inside or outside the named site. Outside punches still store. This is not a live map.
Ask, Search, and this page
- Ask or Search “open check-in”, “employee check-in”, “open the check-in page”, or “open checkin” stays on /checkin.
- Search “mobile tutorial” or “how to punch in” stays on /features/mobile. After sign-in, Ask those phrases opens /help/mobile.
- After sign-in, Ask “gps settings”, “open mobile check-in”, “who is punched in”, or “set a geofence” opens Mobile / GPS — the live policy, not this punch form.
- After sign-in, Ask “person check-ins” or “location on timeline” opens Team so a manager can open that person’s Check-ins tab.
What this is not
- Not live tracking and not a continuous map. VisibleHours will not follow this phone in the background. Ask “please track my phone” or “turn on live tracking” is refused.
- Not an App Store, Play Store, or Microsoft Store app. Not a replacement for the Windows tray agent on company PCs. The tray still does not collect location.
- Not a geofence that blocks the punch. Outside punches store and are marked. Honesty stays on the punch, not a live map.
- Not outreach. This page will not email Operations or punch anyone else in.
- Not analytics tags. This site does not add Google Analytics or a tag manager.
- Not a competitor comparison. This page only names VisibleHours.
Longer write-up: Phone check-in that is not live GPS.
