Insights is a Monday–Sunday rollup — not AI coaching

Insights is a Monday–Sunday rollup of time VisibleHours already stored. The week score is productive ÷ classified when a rule labeled a window — the same arithmetic as daily Scores. A seven-day trend and one template coaching note per person sit under that total. The note is a VisibleHours reading of those numbers. It is not AI coaching, not a live language model, and not a forecast of who will quit.

The public page is /features/insights. Signed-in steps live on the insights tutorial. Ask VisibleHours “insights”, “open insights”, “analytics”, or “weekly summary” opens Insights. “insights tutorial” or “how to use insights” opens Help. Ask or Search “week rollup guide”, “insights rollup guide”, or “monday sunday rollup guide” stays on this article. “insights guide” still opens the weekly insights workup— that piece is the live-model refusal. This one is the week window and the coaching honesty. Ask “AI workforce insights” or “predict who will quit” is refused. Public Search will not write a performance review.

One week. Your numbers. Stop there.

1. Write URL and app rules first. Without a label there is no classified time and no week score.
2. Open Insights. Previous / Next moves a Monday–Sunday week — not a rolling AI window.
3. Read the week score only when classified minutes exist. “No classified time” is not 0%.
4. The trend is productive, unproductive, and idle minutes per day. The note is a template.
5. Need the rows? Exports still downloads three CSVs on /reports. Daily percentages stay on Scores.

A coaching note is not a hidden rating and not a done-for-you review. VisibleHours does not email employees from Insights. The tray still shows pause and quit. CSVs stay on Exports — this screen does not ship a warehouse.

What this is not

• Not AI coaching. The sentences are templates from totals you already stored.
• Not a live language model and not AI workforce insights.
• Not predictive attrition. Ask “predict who will quit” is refused.
• Not a replacement for daily Scores or the shift calendar.
• Not a manager CSV. Download those from Exports.
• Not a performance review. Site search will not write one from a note.
