$7 per seat without live checkout on this page

VisibleHours has one plan: $7 per seat / month. You pay for the people you invite. This public page does not start Stripe Checkout. Seats are shown in Settings after sign-in. There is no live card charge until Stripe is enabled. New organizations start in trial until Operations activates seats in Settings. Demo mode (STRIPE_MOCK=1) can mark seats active without a live charge. Work dates on Exports, Timesheets, and Calendar are calendar dates for the organization — there is no timezone picker in this slice. Heartbeats are stored in UTC.

The public price card is /pricing. Ask “pricing”, “how much does it cost”, or “seven dollars per seat” stays on /pricing. After sign-in, Ask “billing and seats” or “activate seats” opens Settings. Ask “billing tutorial”, “pricing tutorial”, or “how to activate seats” opens the Settings tutorial. Ask “org timezone” opens the timezone card — honesty: there is nothing to pick. Ask “please charge my card” or “please configure my company settings” is refused. Public Search stays on /pricing and will not charge a card.

What a seat includes

• Windows-first tray with Pause and Quit; unsigned Setup.exe — SmartScreen is expected.
• Client codes plus Operations Monday–Sunday timesheet approve and CSV — not ADP payroll.
• Rules you write; scores are productive ÷ classified; Insights is a Monday–Sunday rollup — not AI.
• Monday–Sunday shifts and PTO week grid — not Google or Outlook sync.
• Three manager CSVs on /reports — not a payroll warehouse.
• Slack, Jira, Asana OAuth; Zapier Catch Hook paste only — not a marketplace app.
• SAML 2.0 for managers who already exist — not just-in-time provisioning, not OIDC.
• Optional interval stills and short recording sessions — default off, not always-on DVR.
• Phone-browser punch at /checkin with optional GPS — no store apps, no live tracking.

Activate seats only after you have sent the employee notice and people can see the tray. Trial is not a hidden charge. This workup will not open Checkout or change seat count for you.

What this is not

• Not a live Stripe session from Pricing, Search, or Ask. There is no checkout button on this page.
• Not a second plan, annual SKU, or per-screenshot fee.
• Not a timezone editor. Empty timezone is honest — work dates are still YYYY-MM-DD.
• Not outreach. VisibleHours does not email a quote or an invoice from this page.
• Not an always-on DVR, Zapier marketplace app, OIDC SSO, store app, live GPS, AI score, Google Calendar sync, ADP payroll, or a payroll warehouse.
