Team pulse is four today numbers and a roster — not a scores gallery

After sign-in you land on Team. That screen is the operations pulse: four today numbers — people in this organization, online (a heartbeat in the last eight minutes), tracked time, and idle as a share of tracked — then the roster. Those four numbers plus the roster are the whole home. It is not a scores gallery, not a screenshot wall, and not a payroll week. Scores live on Scores. Shots and recordings list on a person’s day only if Operations turns them on.

Team is a signed-in screen. Public Search “open dashboard”, “who is online”, or “team” stays on /download. After you sign in, Ask “open dashboard”, “operations home”, “today’s activity”, or “team overview” opens Team. Ask “dashboard tutorial” or “how to read the dashboard” opens the operations home tutorial. Ask “team tutorial” or “how to use team” opens the Team tutorial. Ask or Search “team pulse guide”, “four numbers guide”, or “operations pulse guide” stays on this article. “dashboard guide” still opens the operations-home guide— that piece is today’s roster, not a payroll week. This one is the four today numbers, not a scores gallery. Ask “live GPS map of all employees” or “hidden team spy view” is refused. Public Search will not open the roster.

Four numbers, then a name

1. Sign in. VisibleHours opens Team — the operations pulse.
2. Read Today: people, online (eight-minute heartbeat), tracked seconds (active + idle), and idle share. Online is not a live map.
3. Scan the roster for idle, paused, or a stale last-seen. Click a name for that person’s day. Invites stay on the same screen.
4. Need a daily percentage? Open Scores — productive ÷ classified, not a black-box. Need a Monday–Sunday reading? Open Insights. Need a date-range CSV? Open Exports. Those screens are not this pulse.

Empty today with people on the roster means no heartbeat has landed — not a hidden watcher. Idle, pause, and offline stay three different states. Idle resumes on its own. Pause is a tray click. Offline is last-seen. The Windows tray stays visible. There is no attention inbox and no screenshot gallery on this overview.

What this is not

• Not a scores gallery. Percentages live on Scores, not on this home.
• Not a screenshot wall. Stills and recordings stay on a person’s day.
• Not a live GPS map of all employees and not an attention queue.
• Not a hidden team spy view. The Windows tray stays visible.
• Not payroll approval and not a coaching essay.
• Not a public page. Site search will not open the roster or rank people.
